I got my CCIE no. yesterday on the very first attempt and would like to thank NetMasterClass for the awesome Technical Library, which I purchased sometime back from you. It especially helped me for the last minute review as things in there are well summarized while details are made where required. My special thanks to the gurus Mr. Caslow and Mr. Pavlichenko for their book.

I took the R&S test (first attempt) and passed. I also want you to know that even though I left the NMC class somewhat on par with the class, picking up a few pointers and learning IPV6, I felt afterwards that the MyLib was very informative and more importantly for me, the DoITs in-line with what I needed most.

The library is one of the BEST documentations I've seen in terms of depth and completeness/organization. I REALLY wish I had it a year and a half ago. No sense in crying over spilt milk, I'm doing much better with the scenarios now.
