With the recently announced changes to the Routing and Switching CCIE Lab, developing a well structured troubleshooting strategy is essential to assure success in a CCIE certification effort. Cisco 360 provides the learning resources to help a CCIE candidate develop well structured troubleshooting skills, whether they are used in the CCIE lab or in the real world.
As always, Cisco 360 provides a blended learning approach to developing a structured troubleshooting skills. To receive a direct educational experience on the subject of troubleshooting, Cisco 360 provides two options: (1) a self-paced learning option and (2) a traditional ILT learning option. The self-paced learning option provides almost eight hours of video-on-demand instruction supplemented by "spot the issues" quizzes and hands-on troubleshooting labs. The ILT learning option allows a CCIE candidates to be guided by an instructor on the subject of troubleshooting in either Cisco Advanced Workshop I or Advanced Workshop II. Once a CCIE candidate has viewed a series of troubleshooting VoD modules or attended sessions of developing troubleshooting skills in an ILT course, the candidate must then perform a series of hands-on troubleshooting practice labs supplemented by assessment labs that contain troubleshooting modules.
Therefore, to develop a highly structured level of troubleshooting skills, Cisco 360 provides a full range of blended learning resources - from self-paced lesson modules to hands-on practice scenarios and assessments.
This Cisco 360 Troubleshooting Lesson Modules provides nearly eight hours of VoD content. Each VoD attempts to address a specific aspect or technology related to the general subject of Troubleshooting using the Cisco IOS. Each block is supplemented with a Spot the Issues Quiz. Finally, this lesson includes two hands-on practice labs dedicated exclusively to the subject of troubleshooting.
